“Health Care” is rapidly changing. More and more people are telling me they’re tired of medications and their side effects. They’re tired of being told “we’ll just have to manage your pain” or “just learn to live with it”.  They don’t want any more “band-aids” that are preventing them from living their best life.

When people think of Chiropractic, the first thing that comes to mind is usually back pain, neck pain and headaches. Of course, no one wants any of that. However, there’s a difference between getting temporary relief from any kind of pain and getting complete, long-term relief and actually being healthy.

The root cause of any kind of pain- whether it’s back, knee or stomach pain- is exactly the same.

Being healthy isn’t complicated. It’s actually very simple.

You already know that our bodies run on electricity.  Just like a battery. Our brain is the "positive" end... our spine is the "negative" end. 

When the brain is sending the right signals to the right system, there's zero reason to be unhealthy.

Our bodies are made up of 6 systems, or “Zones”. Every single cell in our body exists and functions in one of these 6 Zones.

·         Zone 1- Glandular System: The body’s hormone production plant.

·         Zone 2- Eliminative System: The body’s waste disposal system.

·         Zone 3- Nervous System: The body’s central processing unit, like a computer’s.

·         Zone 4- Digestive System: The body’s food processor, providing energy.

·         Zone 5- Musculoskeletal System: The body’s structures for all movement.

·         Zone 6- Circulatory System: The body’s transportation system for oxygen and nutrients.


If all 6 systems in your body are functioning properly (sending and receiving the right signals), you’re healthy. If one or more of these systems are NOT functioning properly (not getting the right signals), you aren’t as healthy as you could be.

Makes sense, right?

For example, if you’re having lower back pain (Zone 5, musculoskeletal system), the other 5 systems will have to compensate and aren’t going to function at a high level.

If you’re having digestive issues (Zone 4), your immune system will be overworked which will make Zone 2 (Eliminative system) struggle to get rid of toxins and chemicals that your body is trying to get rid of.

I’m trained to quickly find out exactly which Zone needs attention- the “Primary Zone”. I know exactly which segments of your spine need to be adjusted to reset the connection between the brain and the spine for that particular Zone to work perfectly. It’s as simple as entering the correct code to unlock your front door.

Then a very powerful principle takes place. When we put first things first… 2nd, 3rd and 4th things all fall into place. This principle applies to everything we do in life... including our bodies. By adjusting and resetting the Primary Zone, it causes a ripple effect which allows the other 5 to start performing properly as well.

Your primary zone may change from visit to visit, depending on what’s going on in your life at that time. That’s OK. Your body is never wrong. It will always tell us exactly which Zone needs to be reset first.

No more guessing or “popping just to get a pop” and hoping for the best.
